Michelle Langley Dance Studio

Michelle Langley Dance Studio is proud to welcome Siri Sat Nam, who has served as a dancer, teacher and choreographer for 20 years, as our resident modern dance teacher.

As an instructor he has been on the staff of the Alvin Ailey School in New York and the Stuttgart Ballet's John Cranko School in Stuttgart, Germany. He has also been a guest teacher at universities such as Duke University, Howard University, University of Hawaii, USC, UCLA, California Institute of the Arts and Loyola Marymount University, just to name a few.

As a dancer, he appeared in the Broadway and National companies of "The Wiz" starring Stephanie Mills. He has also appeared on television variety shows, including the Academy Awards. He was a soloist in innumerable concert companies, which have toured the United States. Most recently, he appeared in music videos including "Romeo and Juliet" by Mary J. Blige and Elton John's "The Answers in the Sky" directed by David La Chappelle.

As a choreographer, he has staged works for concert companies, musical theatre, singing groups and television. European and American press have deemed his work "stylish", "ingenious" and "masterful".
